There are self-pay rates available if your insurance is out-of- network, non-existent, or does not cover chiropractic care. The typical rate for self-pay is $70 for the first visit, and $50 dollars for subsequent visits. The doctor has discretionary power to alter these rates. 

This office is also a provider for individuals with personal injury and worker's compensation claims  

You will not be billed for any services that your insurance refuses to cover. If we determine that your insurance is inactive you will be charged a self-pay rate.
